We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any original packaging or tags intact.

Because shapewear is a personal-wear product, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition may not qualify for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may also be final sale where clearly stated on the product page.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
